The intake form will be sent to you directly after booking in your confirmation email. Please fill it out prior to service. If you did not receive the form, shoot us a text at 407-801-3403 to request one be sent to you.

Each session is fully customized to your needs and depends on the style you choose; Thai, Signature, or Energetic Fusion. We'll start with a brief check-in to discuss your goals, then guide you through a session designed to support your body and mind. Expect a safe, supportive space where you're encouraged to relax, communicate, and receive exactly what you need.

You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount. A card on file is required to hold your appointment.

We ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and start on time. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to provide the full session, but if time doesn’t allow, your session will still end as scheduled to honor the next client, and the full fee will apply.

Gratuity is already factored into our service pricing, so tipping is never expected or required. Our rates are thoughtfully set to reflect the value of the work. That said, if you feel moved to express appreciation with a tip, it’s always received with gratitude.
