Code of conduct

Please read the code of conduct to understand my business practices and what is expected of you if you'd like to receive a service.

Respectful Behavior: I will treat my massage therapist with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times. I will communicate openly and honestly, ensuring a positive and professional therapeutic relationship.
Personal Hygiene: I will arrive for each session clean and freshly showered if possible, with good personal hygiene. This will ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for both myself and the massage therapist.
Informed Consent: I understand that I have the right to provide informed consent before any massage session. I will communicate openly about my health history, any existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect the treatment.
Communication and Feedback: I will provide clear and honest communication about my expectations, preferences, and any discomfort or pain experienced during the session. I understand that constructive feedback is welcomed to ensure the best possible experience.
Respect for Boundaries: I will respect the boundaries set by the massage therapist and understand that any inappropriate behavior or advances are strictly prohibited. I acknowledge that the massage therapy session is strictly professional and therapeutic.
Modesty and Draping: I will respect the modesty and comfort of both myself and the massage therapist by adhering to appropriate draping techniques. I understand that only the areas being treated will be exposed and that any inappropriate touch is not allowed.
Timelines: I will arrive for my scheduled appointments on time. I understand that late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: I will honor the agreed-upon payment terms and cancellation policy set by the massage therapist. I understand that late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or affect future bookings.
Confidentiality: I acknowledge that all information shared during the session, including personal details and health-related concerns, will be kept confidential. I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of the massage therapist and other clients.
Safe and Responsible Behavior: I will conduct myself responsibly and refrain from any behavior that may compromise the safety, well-being, or reputation of myself or the massage therapist. This includes refraining from being under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances during the session.

By adhering to this code of conduct, I demonstrate my commitment to maintaining a respectful and professional relationship with my massage therapist, ensuring a positive and beneficial experience for both parties involved.

We strictly prohibit any inappropriate or sexual behavior, comments, or actions. This includes, but is not limited to, making unwelcome advances, engaging in explicit or suggestive conversation, or attempting to initiate any form of physical contact that is beyond the scope of the therapeutic massage session. This also includes engaging in any form of advancement or attempting to establish romantic relationship with the massage therapist. All inappropriate behavior will be punished by the immediate ending of service, involvement of law enforcement, full payment of scheduled service, and a banning from the establishment.
