At Hope Embodied, I believe that healing should be accessible. I understand that receiving consistent bodywork can feel out of reach for some, especially during times of transition, hardship, or financial strain.

Sliding Scale Availability
 

I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions each month for those who need support and are committed to their wellness. These sessions are available on a trust-based system—no need to prove your financial situation. I trust that if you're asking, it's because you genuinely need it.

Sliding Scale Range (per 60-minute session):

  • $70 – $120
    (You choose the rate that is sustainable for you right now.)

How It Works

  2. I’ll respond within 3 business days with next steps.

  3. If approved, we’ll schedule your session or recurring support plan.

These rates are reserved for those who cannot afford full price. If you are able to pay full price, that helps me continue to offer these spots to those who need them.
