1. Services

Hope Embodied LLC offers massage therapy, bodywork, embodiment guidance, and related wellness services. All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a session, or have the consent of a parent or guardian for minors.

 

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness or bodywork program.

By booking, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellness and to provide accurate health information via our intake forms.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  Payments are processed securely through Square or Wix at the time of booking or service.

  Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

  Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Memberships & Auto-Withdrawal

If you join a membership plan, payments will be automatically withdrawn monthly via Wix. By enrolling, you agree to the terms of the membership, including automatic billing.

To cancel your membership, you must notify us at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. All membership benefits must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

  Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed toward any eligible service.

  Promotional offers, loyalty cards, or discounts may have specific conditions and expiration dates provided at the time of issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, and logos—is the property of Hope Embodied LLC or is licensed for use. No part of the site may be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

  Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  Uploading malicious software or code

  Collecting personal data from others without consent
