How does this work?

Thai massage takes place on a comfortable padded futon on the floor, with the client remaining fully clothed. The session encompasses a variety of techniques, including rhythmic movement, sustained compression, traction, acupressure points, and fully assisted stretching. The intensity of these techniques is tailored to suit the individual's specific needs, ranging from gentle to deep, as required.
